Meet The Face Behind TS California

I’m Tayrou Toure, the proud owner of TS California. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

I got into the direct sales and marketing business through my best friend in college. I started TS California in September 2021 with limited resources and a handful of clients. Today, we have grown substantially.

Opportunities for growth have greatly increased, and we have created higher profits and added more growth in regards to not only products and services but as well as a bigger client profile to go nationwide.

Personally, I find spending time with the team incredibly rewarding. Building new leaders and helping people unlock their leadership/management potential, avail of new opportunities, and find financial freedom have been inspirational to me.

My philosophy is to give others the opportunity to grow. We’re a people-building people business.

Why I’ve Been Successful

As an individual, my work ethic, student mentality, competitiveness, compliance, accountability, and attitude set me apart. I attribute my success to always listening to my mentors and having a higher level of work ethic.

Bringing my mom from the Dominican Republic was a massive achievement for me.

During my downtime

When I am not at work, I enjoy sports such as soccer, basketball, volleyball, travel, and visiting restaurants and exploring new places. I also enjoy video games, anime, exploring and adventuring, and new experiences.
